Chapter Five
Later Thursday Morning
When Finn opened his eyes again, it was early. Devon was back at the table, working on more paperwork. When he realized he was being watched, Devon nodded to Finn but didnât stop what he was doing. Finn got up and went to the bathroom. When he finished, he glanced at the washcloth and soap, and scrubbed himself extra clean. He threw the washcloth in the hamper and strolled back into the room.
âWhatcha doing?â Finn asked, flopping over onto the bed. It was eight oâclock in the morning. Finn hadnât had much sleep last night, but he was ready to get the day started.
âWorking,â Devon said, signing his name again to the bottom of the next sheet. The creamy paper had Devonâs corporate logo embossed on it. âHonestly, Murielâs made the whole system practically automatic down to the special diet and car service from the airport to the marina. All Iâm responsible for is signing the checks and the thank-you cards.â
âYou bored with it?â
âNo. Iâm wanting to get into an actual yacht that will need an actual crew. And once thatâs done, Iâve been thinking about getting into racing.â
âDo you have a few million to spare?â Finn asked. He lay back on the bed and stretched, lifting his body off the mattress. He expected Devon to laugh, but Devon didnât.
âIt would be great exposure for the charter business,â Devon said, stacking the papers up. âI need a write-off anyway. I pay way too much taxes.â
Finn pushed up to his elbow. âSo Iâm not eating you out of house and home?â The amount of tuna Devon had fed Finn would have been at least a couple of hundred dollars.
âI can handle your appetite for a little while longer,â Devon said. His gaze swept down Finnâs body on display for him.
His ass was still red, but his bodyâs healing the bruising was a constant buzz. If he didnât know they had to go to the city, heâd start Devon off again. âAll of them?â Finn asked, looking over his shoulder to see Devonâs face.
Devon didnât answer. He was too busy staring at Finnâs ass. âYou said you were going to lick me, and you didnât so much as kiss my butt,â Finn said. He reached behind him with his hand. Emboldened from the sex theyâd already had, Finn opened himself up for Devon to see.
âCould you use both your hands?â Devon said, his voice low.
âOnly because you kept using the crop on me,â Finn said. He couldnât brace himself to look around while holding himself open.
âArch your back,â Devon said. âLet me see you.â
Finn arched his back and spread his legs, lifting his hips off the mattress. If Devon couldnât see Finn, he wasnât looking at this point. âLike this?â Finn asked.
Devonâs chair scraped across the floor. âMay I approach the bed?â
âYou can do whatever you want,â Finn said. The itch was back but just as a tickle.
He heard Devonâs footsteps. Devon dropped to his knees beside the bed and took Finnâs wrists.
